§1. General
These general terms and conditions apply to the entire business relationship with our customer. Changes and additions must be in writing. The goods presented are individual handcrafted products that require appropriate careful handling in their use.
§2 Conclusion of contract
The prices valid on the day of the order apply to the purchase. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right not to accept orders, for example because the ordered goods are not available. In this case, we will in any case inform you of the non-acceptance of the order by email, without being liable for its access. Any payments already received will be refunded immediately. The images of the products in the online shop are non-binding and may differ from their actual appearance. The goods are custom-made (unique items), so they may differ from each other and from the respective images in the online shop. All information is therefore non-binding.
§3 Delivery and performance time
Delivery usually takes place within 10 working days at the expense and risk of the recipient, provided that we receive delivery on time and correctly. Due to the individual production of the items, there may be production-related delivery delays. If such delays occur, we will inform you immediately by email. Claims for damages due to delay, impossibility of performance, as well as circumstances for which we are not responsible are excluded, unless there is intentional or grossly negligent action.
§4 Revocation
The customer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
When returning goods, please only use our warehouse address.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply
Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery,
Contracts for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

§5 Shipping costs
Delivery is agreed “ex works”. The costs for shipping within the Federal Republic of Germany (mainland) are calculated at 6.90 euros. From January 1st, 2023 no shipping to Austria. France (mainland), Italy (mainland) and the Benelux countries 19.90 euros. Please contact us by email if you would like shipping to another country.
§6 Transport damage and compensation
If the customer notices damage to the packaging upon receipt of the delivery, he must have the transport company confirm the damage in writing when accepting the goods and notify us immediately that acceptance is subject to reservation due to the damaged packaging. Transport damage that is only discovered after the goods have been unpacked must also be reported to us immediately in writing. Claims for damages, regardless of the legal basis, are excluded unless they are based on intent or gross negligence.
§7 Retention of title
(1) For consumers, we reserve ownership of the purchased item until the invoice amount has been paid in full. If you are an entrepreneur in the exercise of your commercial or independent professional activity, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, we reserve ownership of the purchased item until all outstanding claims arising from the business relationship with the customer have been settled. The corresponding security rights are transferable to third parties.
(2) You only have the right to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established or are undisputed or recognized by us. In addition, you only have a right of retention if and to the extent that your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
(3) If the customer is in default with any payment obligations to us, all existing claims become due immediately.
§8 Payment conditions
With us you can choose between Amazonpay, PayPal and purchase on account (Klarna). If payment is made in advance, the purchase price must be paid to the bank details provided by us. As soon as the amount is credited to our account, the goods will be shipped. If we have not received the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the order confirmation, the customer is in default without further notice. These payment terms apply between you and the shop from which you purchase your goods, tickets or services if you choose payment by invoice as your payment method. Please note that payment by invoice can only be used by consumers.
If you choose to pay by invoice, you pay with a due date 14 days from the dispatch of the goods, tickets or, in the case of other services, the time the services or digital content are available. We assign the claim to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment order and you will pay your order directly to Klarna. Only pay after you receive your order!
Klarna offers you Klarna buyer protection, so, among other things, you only have to pay for the goods you have ordered once you have received them and Klarna will support you should a problem arise with your purchase. Costs and fees
We charge an invoice fee of Euro 0 per purchase. If you are in default of payment, Klarna can demand compensation for the resulting damage in the amount of a flat rate of €1.20 for each reminder. You are free to prove that Klarna suffered no or only minor damage.
Credit check & data protection
If you choose “Invoice” as your payment method, Klarna will check your creditworthiness to determine whether you can be granted payment by invoice. §9 Data protection
If it is possible to enter personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc.) within the Internet offering, the user discloses this data on an expressly voluntary basis. The use of the contact details published in the imprint or comparable information, such as postal addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses, by third parties to send information not expressly requested is not permitted. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against senders of so-called spam emails if they violate this ban.

§10 Choice of law
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN purchase law. If the customers are merchants within the meaning of the Commercial Code, special funds under public law or legal entities under public law, our registered office is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
§11 Final provisions
The ineffectiveness of individual provisions does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining general terms and conditions.
